How about they would find a style, let the fans vote and then focus on that style, perfect it and use that same style for some time and invest more into the details of the story. I wish they would really continue some of the stories in the same style, but it feels like theses days the are re-inventing the style of the animation and story telling with every new movie and every tv-series. Animation was ok, could be much better of course, but then this not aspire to be a Ghibli Movie, liked some of the characters, but some were just straigt rip-offs, i liked voices of Batman, Superman, Supergirl and Brainiacs in particular. Story was interessting, voice acting was really good.
But this is more a sidestory to line up the future of DC. I liked the story, not every animation needs to strive for a 10/10 rating.
